I would like to thank all personnel of Novotel hotel for their hospitality during my stay in their accomodations , the hotel is very nice clean really appreciated. Nice room ,very comfortable king size bed , swimming pool is clean Very good stuff excellent customer service.

This is the best hotel i ever stayed in Palembang. The room is so comfy, clean and nice. The hotel staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service is the best. Their food are so delicious. The hotel is near to the mall as well. I would stay here again if visit Palembang.

The mattress was so comfort. The room was so spacious and so chill. The pool was so great to hang out with family and friends. The location is so strategic, you still can access to famous place even though the hotel near to the airport. The staff are so helpful.

All good, friendly staff, cozy, safe, and nice ambiance for pool. Hotel with above view , near the mall to experience for electronic needed, clean room, staff hotel are friendly, comfortable for stay but need to improve with amenities and hot water shower, reference for staff hotel name Bella, for sure to expect more experience in future visit
